The role sits at the center of the portfolio, spanning strategy, partner matters, planning cycles and external relationships, ensuring priorities are visible and decisions are made on time.

You will own initiatives end to end, design processes where none exist, coordinate with partners and senior lawyers, and report outcomes with clarity.

Qualifikationen

• Native or professional English fluency required.

• AI-driven process improvement and workflow refinement.
• Manage inbound requests and prioritize what reaches Head of Firm Management.
• Run leadership cadence: committee prep, planning cycles, leadership meetings.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries.
• Coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, business services and external parties.
• Own initiatives end to end and report outcomes.
• Identify gaps and mitigate risks before they surface.
