Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking a Launch Account Manager to serve as the on-site primary liaison during the launch and installation phase of new properties. You will coordinate with property boards, POA offices, and operational teams to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience from day one.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, attend town halls and board meetings, and manage VIPs and testing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in telecommunications account management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must have driving license and be able to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders about project status.
• Be on site during launch and site visits as needed during move-in.
• Lead meetings with community representatives or developers.
• Coordinate with operations to arrange on-site resources and spaces.
• Handle VIPs, Board Members and other stakeholders for testing and installs.
• Assist with marketing collateral and post-launch communications.
