Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. is seeking a Community Onboarding Manager to oversee on-time delivery of new residential construction projects.

You will build relationships with property managers and developers, educate customers on onboarding and our technology suite, and ensure a seamless launch from kickoff to handoff to the regional operations team. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining project status, and delivering a premium customer experience while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Proven track record of managing all project lifecycle stages.
• Strong problem-solving ability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of cable/telecom products a plus; proficient in Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders on project status.
• Facilitate decisions to ensure excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Maintain presence at properties; respond promptly to customer/builders requests.
• Attend on-site meetings and manage kickoff/move-in activities.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track tasks using Site Tracker and Salesforce; escalate risks as needed.
• Work cross-functionally to remove delay points and meet milestones.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status and executive reports.
• Engage with community reps, attend kickoff/town halls/board meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Enterprise teams on contracts and deployments.
• Ensure common areas are completed before system activation.
