Job summary

itD is seeking a Content Strategist III (Launch Readiness) to drive content planning and execution for upcoming WhatsApp product launches. This role ensures high-quality, accurate, user-centric support content is ready on day one of every launch and partners cross-functionally to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate brings strong content strategy, technical writing, and Generative AI experience, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
• 6+ months of experience creating or optimizing content for Generative AI or LLM-based systems.
• Strong content strategy and editorial skills, including writing, editing, and improving support content.
• Experience planning and delivering content aligned to product launch timelines.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope support content for upcoming launches with cross-functional teams.
• Audit content gaps and update materials to ensure launch readiness.
• Write, edit, and optimize Help Center articles, chatbot responses, and AI content.
• Manage pre-launch content confidentiality and readiness for go-live.
• Test content accuracy by reviewing pre-launch features and chatbot experiences.
• Track readiness, timelines, and risks; coordinate localization for global markets.
• Publish accurate content across all support channels on day one.
• Drive content standards and best practices.
