• Familiarity with ambulatory EHR environments and their impact on workflows.
• Proficient in project tracking tools like Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% for partner practices and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage launch workstreams from definition to close-out, ensuring clear milestones and task structures
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess launch goal achievement and analyze program data for actionable insights
• Align cross-functional teams on launch priorities and navigate competing internal and external demands
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting and enhance operational efficiency
• Support team members with program-level challenges and contribute to onboarding initiatives
