For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Implementation (Launch) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will drive complex launch programs that support healthcare partners through implementation, coordination, and adoption. You will own cross-functional workstreams from planning through close-out, ensuring milestones, KPIs, and stakeholder priorities stay aligned. The position requires strong program leadership in healthcare environments, with a focus on operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and support for teams navigating competing demands.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
