Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced remote AI Product Manager to lead a high-visibility healthcare AI program. You will own initiatives from concept through execution, partnering with AI/ML engineers, data teams, and executives to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery.

The role requires proactive, organized leadership with strong executive presence and excellent communication to translate AI concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, preferably supporting AI, machine learning, data, or other complex technology products.
• Experience supporting AI/ML products or initiatives, with the ability to effectively partner with AI/ML engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations to senior and executive-level leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear business language.
• Extremely proactive and self-directed, with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps or risks, and drive next steps without waiting for direction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements, documentation, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex enterprise environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience maintaining thorough product documentation and traceability, particularly for highly visible or sensitive initiatives.
