Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead sales plans, manage distributors, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing and leadership teams.

You will develop market strategies, oversee product groups, and travel up to 50% to grow the turf and golf businesses. Fluency in Spanish and a strong business background are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in the oral and written form.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for product groups in the region.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships; provide leadership and direction to distributor sales teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter identified opportunities.
• Lead sales managers and cross-functional teams to meet goals and drive growth.
