Zusammenfassung

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will craft and execute plans, manage distributor networks, and lead cross-functional teams to expand market share in golf, turf, irrigation products.

You will need a Bachelor's in business or marketing (MBA preferred), 10+ years in sales/marketing, and advanced Spanish. Expect ~50% travel, reporting to the VP International Division.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder negotiations.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Aufgaben

• Develop sales plans per business segment and provide coaching to the sales staff.
• Lead and conduct mid-year and year-end reviews for each team member.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and projection plans for all product groups in the region.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter identified opportunities.
• Coordinate distributor training programs and drive performance improvements.
• Serve as conduit between sales, marketing and credit functions to align goals.
