HellaGoodAudio is seeking a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist based remotely in LATAM to build our elite team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from aggressive headhunting to final onboarding—focusing on the top 1% of talent in Web3, tech, and creative roles.

You will source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and Discord, screen for technical Web3 fluency and culture fit, and negotiate offers that reflect our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (Agency or In-house).
• Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a plus.
• Perfect professional English with native Spanish or Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Active Headhunting: source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to find top talent.
• Vetting & Screening: conduct rigorous initial interviews to assess technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: move candidates through the interview funnel quickly.
• Offer Negotiation: explain our high-performance culture and Web3 compensation structures.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends in LATAM tech/creative scenes.
