Gratia, a remote-first apprenticeship-based platform, is scaling across the Americas. We’re seeking a results-driven Talent Partner to identify and engage the top 1% of analysts from top firms, powered by AI to reduce busy work and maximize high-touch candidate engagement.

In this freelance, contract role, you will own sourcing, cultivate relationships, and help Gratia build a world-class network across LATAM and the broader Americas, with autonomy over your schedule and workflow.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM, specifically hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search (Recruit’em).
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts.
• Outcome-driven mindset with focus on quality of hires and long-term results.
• Market insight with ability to tailor messaging to LATAM and Americas markets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic headhunting: identify and engage high-potential analysts not actively seeking roles.
• Relationship building: be a long-term partner to candidates across the Americas.
• Recruitment marketing: position Gratia as the employer of choice for top analysts in your market.
• Outcome ownership: autonomy over how you manage your time and workflow.
• AI-assisted hiring: leverage our modern tech stack to streamline workflow and prioritize high-touch engagement.
