Job summary

Airalo seeks a Solution Architect to drive the localized adaptation and integration of our Global MVNO Core. You will translate regulatory mandates into engineering tasks, guiding Core Network teams while ensuring adherence to country requirements.

This remote role spans LATAM across multiple countries with strong emphasis on compliance and scalability. You will lead workshops, define data exchange for MNP and voice/SMS routing, and craft acceptance criteria to ensure successful regulatory

Qualifications

Translating regional regulatory findings into clear engineering tasks.
Writing functional specs and acceptance criteria for regulatory features.
Experience discussing telecom concepts with engineers (SIP, SMS routing, MNP).

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between legal/regulatory findings and Core Network engineers.
Lead requirement workshops with local MNOs and regulators to define scope.
Compare local regulatory needs with platform capabilities and plan enhancements.
Create high-level workflows for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, LI) for engineering teams.
Define data exchange requirements and reporting needs for regulators.
Lead acceptance criteria and testing scenarios for regulatory delivery.
Manage cross-country regulatory checklists and sprint dependencies.
Coordinate with local databases and partners to ensure interworking readiness.
Mentor analysts and cross-functional teams on writing user stories and specs.
Provide technical leadership to ensure compliant, scalable design decisions.
