Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Service Manager LATAM to elevate service operations across Latin America. The role emphasizes leadership across direct and indirect markets, driving profitability and customer satisfaction while aligning with global priorities.

You will manage field teams, optimize service KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance, with extensive travel in LATAM and beyond. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Diagnostics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience in pathology, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare-related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service organization across LATAM, collaborating with global service and regional leadership to meet business targets.
• Manage Service P&L, balance revenue growth with costs, and drive KPI performance.
• Provide leadership to field engineering, repair centers, and training teams to align global priorities with local execution.
• Drive process improvements to boost pre-sales and post-sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
