Job summary

Frame Security is seeking a highly energetic Sales Engineer to join our regional Sales Engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on pre-sales technical solutions, demos, and PoCs to win logos, with responsibility for onboarding and acting as the technical authority in the LATAM markets from São Paulo (Remote).

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in pre-sales or founding SE roles, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and a strong background in enterprise IT, identity management and SaaS

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Pre-Sales or Founding SE roles.
• Hands-on enterprise IT experience including identity management and SSO/SAML.
• Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity and SaaS.
• Ability to build technical playbooks, PoC templates, and demo environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to lead discovery sessions and architect security solutions.
• Design and execute demos and PoC evaluations to secure technical buy-in.
• Lead the post-sale onboarding and serve as the technical authority for customers.
• Act as the technical backbone for reseller partners with training and guidance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
