Job summary

Frame Security is seeking a highly energetic, versatile Sales Engineer to join their building Sales Engineering team. This role is hands-on and focused on providing essential pre-sales technical solutions to customers and resellers with the goal of logo acquisition.

The Sales Engineer will own the customer onboarding process and act as the technical authority for LATAM markets. We expect 2–5 years of experience in pre- or post-sales, a strong technical background in enterprise IT, and experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• 2–5 years in Pre-Sales/Post-Sales or founding SE roles.
• Hands-on enterprise IT experience including identity management and SSO/SAML.
• Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity and SaaS companies.
• Ability to build technical playbooks, POC templates, and demo environments.
• Experience with identity providers (Okta/Azure AD), email infrastructure (M365/Google Workspace), and API integrations.
• Demonstrated collaboration and clear communication of complex concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with Sales and Channel teams.
• Design and execute high-impact demos and PoC evaluations that communicate Frame’s value.
• Lead the post-sale implementation strategy and onboarding as the technical authority.
• Act as the technical backbone for reseller partners, providing training and support to scale market presence.
