Job summary

Jeeves, a groundbreaking financial operating system, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to scale our LATAM market. This full-time remote role focuses on generating qualified prospects across multiple channels using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners.

You will work closely with Account Executives, qualify leads with BANT, and help refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales or customer-facing role in fintech/payments/crypto.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience selling across North and Latin America.
• Proven prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification experience.
• Familiar with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to build a steady pipeline.
• Outbound sales via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify leads using criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Conduct market and industry research to tailor outreach.
• Track performance metrics and report on outreach and conversion.
• Assist in planning sales and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on product and value propositions.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product and marketing.
