Job summary

• Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization across the Americas and Europe, and this contract recruiter will own live requisitions immediately.
• This is a hands-on role focused on execution and throughput, partnering with the GTM recruiter and sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across SDR through Sales Manager roles, plus revenue operations and partnerships.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies, with a focus on passive go-to-market talent.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever and deliver a consistent candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnerships.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a significant advantage. Based in Colombia.
• Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Lever preferred), and AI tools in a recruiting context.
• 3–6 month contract with potential extension, full-time hours, immediate start preferred.
• Remote within Colombia, with optional Bogota office access.
