GitLab is seeking a Regional Director, Commercial Sales - LATAM to lead a remote team of Commercial Account Executives and drive software sales across LATAM. You will own bookings, revenue, and pipeline while building a scalable regional playbook and a consistent MEDDPICC-based methodology.

Reporting to the Area VP LATAM, you will hire, coach, and develop talent, set territory plans, align with Marketing and Renewals, and ensure quarterly targets are met while fostering an inclusive,

Qualificações

• Extensive field sales or sales ops leadership experience in software/SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience building LATAM GTM strategies and leading regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Account Executives in LATAM.
• Build territory/industry plans and growth opportunities.
• Establish operating rhythm: qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, deals, forecast.
• Own forecasts, territory plans, and regional growth strategies.
• Partner with Renewals, Marketing, and Sales Ops to manage pipeline health and deals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent; maintain a talent pipeline.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
• Enable team on GitLab's product, pricing, AI positioning, and LATAM regulations.
