Qualifications

• Extensive field sales experience in open source/DevOps or SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
• Experience building and executing GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Strategic Account Executives serving the Southeast US.
• Develop territory/industry plans based on market dynamics.
• Own forecasts, plans, and regional growth strategies.
