Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Marketing Manager to build and lead campaigns that attract qualified candidates across Latin America. This role combines marketing strategy, hands‑on campaign execution, creative content development, and performance optimization to strengthen candidate acquisition. You will oversee multi‑channel initiatives, with a strong emphasis on social media and paid advertising, to increase application volume and improve candidate quality. Starting as the primary recruitment marketing contributor, you will have the opportunity to establish scalable processes, introduce automation, and shape the function's long‑term strategy. As the team grows, you will also take on greater leadership responsibilities and help develop new talent. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys experimenting with new tools, making data‑informed decisions, and expanding access to meaningful career opportunities throughout Latin America.

Accountabilities
  • Candidate Demand Generation: Develop and execute a multi‑channel recruitment marketing strategy, using social media and other relevant channels to attract qualified candidates.

  • Lead and Application Growth: Design campaigns that increase candidate leads and applications while continuously improving volume, relevance, and conversion performance.

  • Paid Campaign Management: Own paid campaigns from planning to optimization, including audience research, campaign strategy, ad creation, launch, performance measurement, and ongoing improvements.

  • Social Media Advertising: Manage campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok to reach relevant audiences and generate candidate interest.

  • Organic Content Development: Create consistent, engaging social media content that strengthens awareness of career opportunities and encourages qualified candidates to apply.

  • Content Coordination: Develop and coordinate employee‑ and influencer‑generated content initiatives when relevant to the recruitment marketing strategy.

  • Performance Analytics: Use campaign data to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and connect marketing activities to application pipelines, hiring outcomes, and post‑hire quality.

  • Marketing Systems and Automation: Identify and implement the tools, workflows, processes, and external support needed to make candidate generation more efficient and scalable.

  • AI and Workflow Innovation: Apply large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and AI‑assisted development tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign execution.

  • Function Development: Initially manage recruitment marketing activities independently, taking hands‑on ownership of strategy and delivery before progressively building and leading a team as the function expands.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with recruitment and talent acquisition stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with hiring priorities and evolving candidate needs.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing manager role, including a minimum of 2 years with people management responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that increase leads, applications, or other measurable acquisition outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and data‑driven optimization.

  • Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns end to end, including planning, audience analysis, ad creation, campaign launches, performance evaluation, and optimization.

  • Practical experience with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Ability to connect marketing performance with broader business outcomes, including pipeline growth, successful hires, and post‑hire quality.

  • Experience creating original organic social media content that attracts audiences, builds engagement, and encourages action.

  • Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and large language models, as well as automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n.

  • Experience with AI‑assisted development or workflow‑building tools, such as Lovable, and the ability to independently explore and implement creative solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing systems that support lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • A proactive, hands‑on mindset, with the ability to work independently, make creative decisions, and establish new processes from the ground up.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, collaborate across teams, and support future team growth.

  • English proficiency: C1 level or higher, with clear, confident, and concise written and verbal communication.

  • Preferred: Experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, or candidate generation.

  • Preferred: Background in B2C marketing or consumer lead generation.

  • Preferred: Experience coordinating employee‑generated or influencer‑generated content.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with Google marketing channels, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or related audience acquisition strategies.

  • Location: The original posting lists Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico as eligible locations. Brazil was requested as the location for this rewritten listing, so eligibility to work from Brazil should be confirmed before applying.

Benefits
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote position.

  • Compensation: Competitive compensation, with the exact salary range not specified in the original posting.

  • Compensation reviews: Salary increases every six months, according to the applicable compensation and review policies.

  • Performance incentives: Performance‑based bonuses.

  • Health coverage: Global health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and routine care.

  • Family support: Family care days, parental leave, and flexible support for family‑related needs.

  • Growth opportunities: The opportunity to build a recruitment marketing function and progress into broader team leadership.

  • Learning and development: A culture focused on ownership, well‑being, continuous learning, and professional growth.

  • Creative autonomy: The opportunity to experiment with marketing channels, AI tools, automation, and new approaches to candidate acquisition.
