Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Product Delivery Manager for International Markets (LATAM). You will lead the technical enablement and end-to-end integration of core payment products across issuing and acquiring partners in LATAM, bridging strategy and client implementation.

As a hands-on technical lead, you will troubleshoot integration bottlenecks, evaluate logs, and guide partners through certification while driving improvements in onboarding, metrics, and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• L3 Certification (Acquiring or Issuing) and ISO 8583 experience.
• EMV specs, contactless NFC, and 3DS or tokenization knowledge.
• Experience delivering client-facing technical solutions in payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and integration of core payment products for LATAM partners.
• Guide partners through L3 terminal certification, test cases, and LOC sign-off.
• Troubleshoot network certification, CPV failures, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and risk management with internal and external stakeholders.
