Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Latin America Payments Client Service Account Manager to serve Latin America clients with cash management needs. You will provide strategic advice, manage risk, and help extend liquidity across markets worldwide.

Responsibilities include leading client advisory discussions, resolving service issues with bank partners, and expanding engagements with larger portfolios. Travel nationally/internationally 1–2 times yearly may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor, offering consultative support to clients on business and operational decisions.
• Lead resolution and escalation of service issues, collaborating with bank partners to deliver solutions.
• Identify and address product/service gaps, leveraging the full suite of Treasury Services to drive client success.
• Recommend and help implement product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
• Communicate complex client issues and solutions.
• Ensure clients adhere to risk policies and stay informed on legal, regulatory, and cyber changes.
• Apply project management disciplines to independently lead workstreams and smaller initiatives, including planning, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and execution of agreed-upon objectives.
• Expand scope to larger portfolios, proactive client engagement, and strategic advisory.
• Partner with clients to navigate change management events, driving readiness, facilitating communication, and removing obstacles through proactive issue identification and escalation.
• Lead strategic client relationship reviews, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance the client experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Fluent in Spanish, written/verbal
• Willingness to travel international (1-2 times a year) and
• Ability to be flexible with working hours and utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI, Blackberry/Good mobile suite, etc.) when business needs arise
• Advanced understanding of Treasury Services products and client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, digital solutions, and knowledge management platforms to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
