Job summary

OurAssistants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations for U.S. properties.

The role is remote for candidates based in Latin America, coordinating requests from intake through completion and ensuring proper documentation. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AppFolio or Buildium and Property Meld, plus knowledge of Section 8 properties, preservation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of U.S. property management maintenance coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process maintenance requests from residents.
• Create, assign, and update work orders in AppFolio or Buildium.
• Coordinate maintenance requests through Property Meld.
• Prioritize emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance requests.
• Schedule vendors and coordinate access to properties.
• Follow up with residents and vendors until work orders are fully resolved.
