Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a proactive Facilities Lead & Construction Project Coordinator to manage repairs, maintenance, and preventive programs across our multi-unit hospitality footprint. You will source vendors, dispatch work orders, and coordinate maintenance with on-site GMs while supporting capital projects.

This remote/offshore role is open to talent in LATAM, South Africa, or the Philippines, with leadership collaboration on renovations, equipment upgrades, and store openings as our footprint

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities coordination, repairs & maintenance management, or vendor dispatch in hospitality, multi-unit environments preferred.
• Basic construction management understanding, blueprint/scope reading, contractor management, and scheduling.
• Experience reaching out to contractors, evaluating scopes, comparing bids, and managing vendor accounts.
• Excellent organizational habits with ability to verify work completion and invoice accuracy.
• Fluent English communication with vendors, contractors, and GMs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Daily facilities & repairs management across current and upcoming sites.
• Ticketing, triage, and resolution of maintenance requests; schedule vendor visits outside peak hours.
• Source, compare quotes from HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, AV, and general contractors.
• Coordinate work windows with GMs to minimize disruption to service.
• Track tickets through completion; ensure on-site verification before closeout and invoicing.
• Support capital projects: kitchen upgrades, line reconfigurations, sound system enhancements, dining room refreshes.
• Manage project timelines: budgets, approvals, vendor contracts, equipment delivery, and temporary closures.
• Maintain PM programs across critical equipment (grease traps, hood cleanings, ice machines, HVAC, fire systems, AV).
• Keep vendor directory organized by market (NY & TX) and nurture reliable relationships.
