• Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule outside contractors and vendors when repairs require specialized services.
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance appointments, repairs, and completion timelines.
• Perform other maintenance and property-related duties as assigned.

Maintenance Coordinator - 1st Shift

Our client is seeking a dependable, experienced, and bilingualMaintenance Coordinator to join their team. This position is responsible for completing general maintenance and repairs at residential properties while also coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and service schedules. The shift is from Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM and the pay is $18+ based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at residential rental properties.
