Productiv Team is seeking an HR Generalist to provide operational HR support for a global, distributed team across NA, Europe, LATAM, and India. The role focuses on compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations, with the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.

You will thrive in a remote, agile setup and manage priorities effectively. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong proactive mindset for day-to-day tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PHR and CP certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer HR programs including benefits, employment relations, compliance and audits across regions.
• Monitor changes in US laws and global employment regulations.
• Partner with Legal to process work authorization applications.
• Collaborate with Global EORs to administer benefits and compliance.
• Run reports on benefits, leave, and compliance trends.
• Handle employee inquiries from team members and managers.
• Maintain knowledge of global HR trends and best practices.
• Coordinate onsite and/or offsite social events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support other departments.
