Job summary

Lantana Consulting Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. The role reports to the CHRO and collaborates with a small HR team to deliver accurate, responsive HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting managers and employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience processing and auditing payroll through HRIS/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers on policies, benefits, leave, performance, and employee relations.
• Provide guidance to managers on development conversations, performance feedback, and corrective action.
• Conduct employee relations inquiries and workplace investigations in line with laws and policies.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment; coordinate with brokers and vendors.
• Process payroll through Paylocity and audit payroll before submission; resolve discrepancies.
