The Liberty Company in Irvine, CA seeks a dynamic Benefits Account Executive to join our hybrid team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of client groups, support enrollment events, assist with marketing and renewals, and partner with producers to deliver tailored benefit solutions.

You bring California Life & Health licensing, 5+ years in employee benefits, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Active California DOI Life and Health License.
• Five plus years of benefits experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as required to satisfy client management responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage assigned client portfolios of diverse sizes with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with producers on client initiatives, marketing, and enrollment meetings.
• Assist with marketing, quoting, and coordination of open enrollment activities and carrier/vendor requirements.
• Foster proactive client communications to assess satisfaction and provide updates on industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong carrier/vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain detailed records and support benefits communications such as highlight sheets and benefit guides.
