Liberty Company Insurance Brokers LLC in Phoenix is seeking a skilled Account Manager to support the Employee Benefits team and work closely with the Account Executive, clients, carriers and vendors to deliver exceptional service for large group employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in group benefits brokerage, an active Accident Life & Health license, and solid ERISA knowledge.

Competenze

2+ years of group employee benefits brokerage experience.
Active Accident Life & Health license required.
Deep understanding of ERISA and compliance regulations as they pertain to group benefit plans.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in-person and virtual.
Experience with MS Office and data management software; benefits administration software highly desired.
Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
Located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

Works closely with the assigned Account Executive to provide service support to assigned clients.
Cultivate relationships by understanding client needs and addressing concerns.
Collaborate with the Account Executive and producers to ensure all benefit tasks are completed.
Stay informed on industry regulations and ERISA compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records using internal agency systems.
Create employee benefit guides and client-facing documents.
Learn and maintain benefit administration platforms as needed.
