Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Sales/Client Representative to develop and execute regional marketing and sales decisions, growing a new customer base while servicing current partnerships to boost revenues and profitability. The role covers a defined territory and involves selling to diverse customer segments in a fast-paced environment, closing deals with resilience.

This position may be remote or office-based, reflecting BrightView’s flexible work stance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in landscape construction.
Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
Extensive face-to-face selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
Proven track record of sales goal attainment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a regional sales pipeline from early opportunity lead prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiations, to contract closing.
Communicate proactively with internal and external decision makers and influencers.
Cultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and expectations with prospects and key customer decision makers.
Collaborate with experienced and highly skilled team members to drive sales opportunities.
Plan daily to effectively qualify and close business opportunities to achieve individual and regional sales goals.
Create and present compelling customer-centric proposals.
