Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in Labour Relations or HR with a focus on industrial relations.
• In-depth knowledge of labour legislation such as the Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage sensitive employee relations remotely.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or related field.

About the Role

You will be responsible for advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing collective bargaining, and implementing HR policies related to labour relations. Key Responsibilities
