Major, Lindsey & Africa, LLC client seeks a temp-to-perm Litigation Manager and Labor & Employment Attorney to own employment and general litigation matters for a fast-growing consumer services company in fitness and wellness.

REMOTE role based in CA/AZ/NV/UT/TX/FL/GA/SC with responsibility to coordinate with outside counsel, respond to EEOC requests, handle severance negotiations, and develop HR forms and policies.

Qualificações

• Attorney with meaningful litigation management experience directing outside counsel.
• Labor and employment experience across non-union issues and policies.
• Breadth to handle employment and general litigation including customer claims.

Responsabilidades

• Own employment and general litigation matters and reduce outside counsel spend over time.
• Coordinate strategy, pleadings, discovery, and document collection with outside counsel.
• Respond to EEOC requests and support mediation, arbitrations, and settlements as needed.
• Handle or help resolve employment situations, including severance negotiations and investigations.
• Develop HR forms, SOPs, onboarding policies, and training with People and Talent teams.
• Advise People and risk functions on litigation and club-related liability issues.
