Latitude is seeking a California-licensed litigation attorney to support its labor and employment practice. This is a fully remote contract role with no travel; you may work part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule.

A litigator with strong courtroom skills is preferred; labor and employment experience is a plus but not required. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred due to direct work with Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses.

Qualificações

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and handling hearings.
• Labor and employment litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
• Prepare for hearings and support hearings.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys to move labor and employment matters forward efficiently.
