Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel for a fully remote role with a leading national law firm. The attorney will advise employers on complex workplace issues, manage EPLI matters, and handle employment litigation across state and federal courts.

The role emphasizes strategic counseling, client relationships, and a broad range of employment matters. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of labor and employment experience, an active U.S.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Demonstrated success handling employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Experience managing EPLI matters and representing employers in workplace disputes.
• Knowledge of EEOC proceedings and other employment-related administrative agency matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships.
• Prior experience providing day-to-day employment counseling to employers is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts.
• Manage EPLI matters from inception through resolution for carriers and insureds.
• Handle administrative proceedings before EEOC and other agencies.
• Draft litigation documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct witness interviews, take and defend depositions, and support mediation and trials.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance on workplace compliance issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic counsel.
