Distinct is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate at junior to mid level for a fully remote role based in San Diego. The position offers a salary range of $225,000 to $300,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus.

The work is with a large employment group and opportunities to advance. Two to four years of employment litigation experience, a California Bar admission, and a strong written work sample are requested.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of employment litigation experience.
• A transcript and a writing sample you're proud of.

Responsibilities

• Wage and hour class actions alongside individual discrimination and retaliation cases
• Advise on personnel policies, harassment complaints and California compliance
• Written discovery, depositions and the motion practice that follows
