Sales Talent, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to build the Northwest market. You will own Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California, working remotely with ~50% travel and mentoring from leadership.

The role offers a base of $110K–$120K plus sign-on bonus and uncapped commission, plus benefits including car allowance, medical, dental, vision, and ESOP participation. A proven hunter who can open doors with contractors and architects will excel.

Qualifications

• B2B sales in construction, coatings, waterproofing, building products, or similar technical/project-based environments.
• Credible with contractors, architects, or specifiers.
• Self-directed, comfortable working remotely with travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California with direct access to leadership.
• Build and manage a Northwest sales pipeline to grow revenue.
• Hit growth targets with an untapped territory (path to $2M+ in 2 years, $3M–$8M long-term).
