Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Training Effectiveness Analyst to support enterprise-wide programs for a large utility client. This remote-first role focuses on measuring training outcomes, evaluating programs, and translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

You will design evaluation plans, develop surveys, and create dashboards in Excel and Power BI, partnering with L&D, HR, SMEs, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of Learning & Development or training experience.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and program outcomes.
• Experience developing training evaluation plans and methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience designing surveys, questionnaires, or assessments.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables, Formulas, Data tables, Data filtering, Analysis of large datasets, Charts and data visualization.
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting findings to business stakeholders.
• Ability to independently analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop training evaluation and measurement plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and program outcomes.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative training data.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, strengths, and improvement opportunities.
• Design surveys, questionnaires, assessments, and participant feedback tools.
• Establish success measures and evaluation methodologies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Develop data visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
• Support training initiatives across multiple business organizations.
• Work independently while collaborating with L&D, HR, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
