Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks an experienced Learning & Development Analyst – Training Evaluation to support enterprise-wide programs in the utilities sector. You will partner with leaders, HR, and stakeholders to design measurement strategies, assess training impact, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

You will develop dashboards and reports, manage survey instruments, and ensure governance across programs while presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of L&D or training experience.
• Experience with training evaluation methodologies.
• Experience using the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Experience developing questionnaires and surveys (Qualtrics/SurveyMonkey/Alchemer).

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategies to demonstrate program effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports on learning program performance.
• Present evaluation findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish evaluation standards and governance across learning programs.
