Responsibilities
Manage training trackers, update status, flag risks, and escalate issues.
Coordinate SIT/UAT sessions, Train-the-Trainer events, and Field training logistics.
Route materials for SME review, consolidate feedback, and maintain version control.
Partner with Learning Developers to maintain LMS content, ClickLearn modules, and job aids.
Track training completion, monitor effectiveness, and provide weekly updates.
