Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an Oncology Educator for Learning & Development to design, deliver, and improve training across the organization. You will support Care Team members including RNs, NPs, LCSWs, and Community Health Navigators, ensuring clinical credibility and practical, bedside-ready content.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; oncology/palliative care hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience or interest in training, onboarding, or in-service education.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain clinical concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and shaping programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and new market launches with hands-on and shadow-based training.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new cohorts and markets; travel as needed for in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with L&D leadership to ensure content aligns with oncology standards and care workflows.
• Monitor training completion and certifications for Care Team roles; update materials as guidelines evolve.
• Dedicate 15–20% of time to direct clinical care in person and virtually to stay connected with practice.
