Job summary

Daymark Health in the United States seeks an Oncology Educator, Learning & Development, to design, deliver, and improve training across the organization, focusing on Care Team members: RNs, NPs, LCSWs, and Community Health Navigators. Reporting to the VP of Oncology Nursing, you will ensure training reflects bedside practice and value-based care.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required; compact license preferred.
Hands-on clinical experience in oncology and/or palliative care.
Interest in training and education; onboarding and mentoring experience helps.
Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing training logistics.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and continuously improve training across the organization for Care Team members.
Onboarding new hires with hands-on and shadow-based training; support ramp-up and go-live readiness.
Create scalable training content reflecting oncology and value-based care standards.
Track training completions, certifications, and compliance; monitor guidelines.
Travel up to 25% to support market launches and in-person training as needed.
Balance direct clinical care (~15-20%) with training responsibilities to stay clinically credible.
