Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a capable operator to scale its care delivery model across markets and service lines. You will translate strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams, partnering with the VP of Clinical Operations to implement enterprise operating design.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or care delivery.
• Experience with market launches or scaling operations.
• Strong process documentation and workflow design skills.
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines.
• Translate care model standards into operational workflows for launch.
• Support go-live stabilization and capture learnings.
• Translate operational design into real-world implementation across teams.
• Identify gaps beyond launch readiness and own solutions.
• Partner with Product to embed workflows into tools and systems.
• Build operational infrastructure for consistent execution across markets.
