Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking a Sales Specialist for the 100% remote RTA Cabinet Store team. You will engage with customers by phone, email, video, and text to understand their needs, guide them through design and purchasing, and drive design-driven sales with CRM-backed processes.

The role requires selling and closing skills, the ability to exceed targets, and familiarity with kitchen design software. Remote work is complemented by a strong, collaborative team culture and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with kitchen design software (20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro or Cabinet Vision).
• Experience with CRM software.
• Home improvement experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling necessary).
• Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand project needs and guide through design and purchasing process.
• Must sell, close customers, and exceed sales goals.
• Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Produce quality designs from customer sketches in 20/20 software.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and follow designer SOP.
