Renovation Brands is seeking a Sales Specialist for its RTA Cabinet Store. This remote position reports to the Sales Manager and offers a compensation range of $80,000–$150,000 with uncapped commissions.

Base salary is $37,440, with 40 hours per week and potential overtime for evenings and weekends. You will engage customers via phone, email, video, and text to design, quote, and close purchases, producing designs in 20/20 and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability with targets.
• Experience with kitchen design software (20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, Cabinet Vision).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Remote work setup with reliable internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound outreach to leads and close sales.
• Understand customer needs via phone, email, video, and text.
• Create designs from sketches using 20/20 software.
• Maintain CRM records and follow SOPs.
