Job summary

Renovation Brands is hiring a Sales Specialist for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will engage with qualified leads, guide customers through design and purchase processes, and close sales using 20/20 design software.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and requires excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven sales track record. Responsibilities include high-volume outreach, maintaining CRM records, and meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close and exceed sales goals in a high customer count environment.
• Kitchen design software experience required, in one of the following: 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision.
• CRM software experience.
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
• A dedicated, distraction free remote workspace is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in a 100% remote capacity via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs and guide them through the design and purchasing process.
• Sell effectively, close customer orders, and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to new and existing customers.
• Work qualified leads provided by the company; no cold calling required.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Produce accurate, high-quality designs from customer sketches using 20/20 design software.
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in CRM software, following designer SOP.
