Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and guide customers through design and purchasing.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, video chat, and text to capture needs and design solutions.
• Sell, close, and exceed sales goals.
• Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Create accurate designs from sketches using 20/20 software.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
