Job summary

RWS – TrainAI is seeking an AI Conversation Recording Contributor who is fluent in Kinyarwanda to record natural speech and annotate data for AI models. This remote, freelance role offers flexible, task-based work (about 2–4 hours daily) with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Kinyarwanda.
• Authentic pronunciation and strong familiarity with the language through everyday use.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with the project guidelines.
• Participate in or capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual one-on-one discussions.
• Complete individual or two-person conversational speech tasks, or participate in voice or voice-text interactions with an AI or machine-based system.
• Annotate collected speech data according to the instructions provided.
• Provide the required information and metadata related to each recording.
