Job summary

RWS TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to collect spontaneous Kyrgyz speech data for a Kyrgyz language project. This remote, freelance role offers flexible, task-based work with an approximate commitment of 2–4 hours daily and immediate start.

Contributors will record, annotate, and provide metadata for conversational speech, with quality checks and alignment to project guidelines. Prior experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Native Kyrgyz with strong command of English to understand written instructions.
• Experience in speech recording or data annotation is advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech following project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations, e.g., workplace conversations or casual discussions.
• Complete conversational speech tasks, or participate in voice or voice-text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to provided instructions.
• Provide required information and metadata for each recording.
