Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors fluent in Javanese to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will record natural speech, participate in real-life conversations, and annotate data for AI research.

This flexible role supports the development of next-generation speech technologies and offers exposure to cutting-edge language projects. Ideal candidates have native-level Javanese, strong English comprehension, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Javanese (Indonesia).
• Advanced level of English to understand instructions.
• Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech according to project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as conversations.
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice/text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to instructions.
• Provide metadata related to each recording.
