Job summary

RWS – TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to collect Lingala speech data for evaluation and development of AI technologies. This freelance, remote role offers flexible, task-based work with immediate start and approximately 2–4 hours daily.

You will record natural speech, annotate data, and provide required metadata. The project emphasizes authentic Lingala pronunciation and clear English comprehension; prior recording experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Lingala.
• Authentic pronunciation and daily use.
• Advanced English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Lingala speech per project guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual talks.
• Complete single or two-person conversational tasks, or interact with AI/machine systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to instructions.
• Provide metadata and information for each recording.
